By installing or using RiOSmart, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Purpose
RiOSmart is a mobile remote-control utility for compatible smart televisions. It connects to supported televisions on the user’s local network and sends commands selected by the user.
Compatibility
Compatibility depends on the television model, firmware, webOS version, active application, selected input and network configuration. Some commands or information may not be exposed by a particular television. Wake-on-LAN also depends on the TV’s standby and network settings.
Your responsibilities
You may use RiOSmart only with televisions and networks you own or are authorized to control. You are responsible for the device, network and media files you choose to access or share.
Third-party services and trademarks
RiOSmart may display names and icons for applications installed on your television. Those services are operated by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms. RiOSmart is not affiliated with or endorsed by LG Electronics. LG and webOS are trademarks of their respective owners.
Availability
We work to keep the application reliable, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Television firmware changes, network restrictions or third-party application changes may affect features. The app is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
RiOSmart’s original name, visual identity, application interface and website content belong to their respective owner. These terms do not transfer ownership of the application or its content to the user.
Changes
We may update these terms when the application or applicable requirements change. The updated date will appear on this page.
